Modula 3D is an outstanding tool for professionals on the design work of kitchens, bathrooms, offices and all sorts of furniture related projects.
 

Software Features

A low technical expertise is all that is needed, since the standard CAD environment has been oriented and translated into an easy-to-use way of dealing with elements: drag and drop cabinets, as they automatically move to the right position with accuracy; select cabinets on which top you want to build a granite countertop and much more. One of the biggest concerns of Modula 3D is to provide CAD precision with an unusual ease.

Standard environments can be easily designed in both 2D and 3D with specific tools, including walls, openings, beams, mouldings, granite countertops and more. A user-friendly browser provides a catalog manager, which allows a specific element of the library to be to found and inserted quickly. This library can be fed by a parametric cabinet generator. All the user has to do is type in dimensions, select options and let Modula 3D make the rest of the work.

Everything that is designed can be viewed from any perspective angle and distance. Place a camera, set height and target point, and simulate the results! Once a nice looking perspective was generated, Modula 3D technology allows the user to apply materials, shadows and lighting effects to obtain astonishing realistic pictures.

At the same time technical documentation is being automatically generated, with dimensioning and all types of views: plan, orthographic, isometric, etc. Whenever a cabinet is inserted, moved or erased, dimensions react by themselves and update their values. After all, everything can be printed in seconds.

 

Modula 3D helps on the sale process, generating bill of materials and final cost reports. This particular module also keeps a customer database allowing future references to clients.

Behind everything Modula 3D is powered with Autodesk technology. In other words, the engine is provided by the producer of the best seller CAD software for PC's in the world. This means full compatibility with market standards, maintenance and continuous improvement.

  • Modula 3D application: For AutoCAD users. Requires AutoCAD 2000 to run
  • Modula 3D OEM: Built in AutoCAD OEM 2000 included. Does not require AutoCAD.
